Bonnie Goldenberg, J.D., has served as Vice President and Business Administrator of GoldenBiotech, LLC, for the past ten years. She has been responsible for overseeing all of the non-scientific aspects of the business, including the budget, payroll, dealing with outside vendors, negotiating contracts with consultants, legal issues, etc. She serves in the same role for GoldenNeuro, LLC. She was a charter member of Maverick Angels, formerly in Westlake Village, CA, where she was an active angel investor for several years. She holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, and an LL.M. in Labor Law from New York University School of Law. She is also a published author.
